Shinan district hosted a cooperation and exchange conference focusing on emerging industries on July 28. 

Ten digital companies from Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing and other cities introduced their businesses, development concepts and innovation application. They also shared insights into Shinan's development.

Officials introduced the district's economic development and industrial policies for participants at the conference.

Shinan district is home to a large number of software and information enterprises. It has a complete information infrastructure, distinctive geographical location and favorable resource environment. It also possesses great potential in developing next generation information technology, digital cultural and creative industry and smart cultural and tourism.

Officials said that the conference aims to attract more emerging companies to open branches in the district and promote the its high-quality development.
