Qingdao is establishing itself as the place to be in China if you want to sail the high seas.

The government of the eastern coastal city of Qingdao recently announced the launch of the 1,000-hectare Qingdao Science and Technology Innovation Park program as part of its new strategy for economic transformation and development of the marine economy.
