LC Logistics was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Sept 25.
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Shinan district, Qingdao, Shandong province, the firm provides private cross-border maritime logistics services and has a comprehensive cross-border logistics service network worldwide.
The company is the second in Shinan district to be listed this year and the fifth in Qingdao. The initial public offering (IPO) will help LC Logistics establish more logistics facilities, expand global coverage, advance digital tech, improve internet service systems, and create a non-truck carrier platform.
In recent years, major emphasis has been placed on helping companies in Shinan district to go public. This includes the establishment of a dedicated team that assists companies in their IPOs and provides funding throughout the listing process.
Going forward, Shinan district will further support companies in going public by hosting financial salons, private board meetings and supply-demand matchmaking meetings, thereby enhancing entrepreneurs' understanding of capital operation.
