A range of fashion shows organized for residents by the local government recently concluded their final rounds in Qingdao's Shinan district.

The shows lasted for the duration of August and had more than 7,000 participants. Venues were set up at Yan'erdao Park, May Fourth Square and Jinmao Bay Houhai Square.

Performances included singing, dancing, fashion shows, children's talent shows and variety shows. Participants included people both young and old.

The event provided a platform for residents who have a passion for arts to showcase their talents and connect with like-minded individuals. It also provided the district's residents with a worthwhile cultural and artistic experience.
