By focusing on a "6+1" industrial system, Shinan district in Qingdao has been striving to build a strong headquarters economy and high-end service industry to boost its high-quality development.
Industrial parks are a powerful driver in the real economy, and the opening ceremony of Chunfengli industrial park was held in Shinan on March 29. At the ceremony, the park signed contracts with eight enterprises.
As an industrial park that boasts thriving high-tech industries such as software and information technology (IT), artificial intelligence (AI) and virtual reality (VR), it plans to create a gathering place for scientific and technological enterprises.
Currently, there are 32 leading enterprises in the digital intelligence new economy sector in the park, among which there are 15 first headquarters projects, three projects each of which boasts a total value of over 100 million yuan ($14.55 million), and three projects that are expected to go public within four years.
On top of that, Shinan has remained committed to attracting enterprises with listing potential and helping local enterprises go public. It signed a cooperation agreement with JHD Holdings Ltd on March 28, and said that it will give full support to the development of the enterprise.
In addition, Shinan is also working hard to create a more favorable business environment by streamlining approval processes and providing better services.
