Tuandaoshan Park opens

Covering an area of about 5.2 hectares and located near the Jiaozhou Gulf, Tuandaoshan Park recently opened and has attracted crowds of shutterbugs. The park is considered a "green lung" and provides visitors with refreshing and leisurely environment.

Near the front gate, there is a large area of grassland which is dotted with different colors of wooden horses and sculptures. Along the road, there are stump floors, bird and insect identification signs and music-themed swings, which are all designed in a sophisticated way. The slope of the park is so gentle that people from every age group can stroll around the area.
In the park, nine landscapes with distinct characteristics, such as the Sobook bookstore and the former site of Taixizhen barbette. In addition to getting enchanted by the marvelous natural vibe, people who drop by can also grab a book to enlighten themselves and embrace the beauty of bygone eras.

Outside the park, there are more fascinating places. Zhenlu Navigation Museum was founded a century ago and it showcases various historical gadgets, including compasses and pottery, some of which date back to the Song Dynasty (960-1279).
Xilingxia Road is also nearby the park. Visitors can unwind as the sea melts into the sky while strolling down the road.
