4 Shinan-based enterprises win State-level 'little giant' honor

Four enterprises based in Qingdao's Shinan district were included in the fourth list of State-level "little giant" enterprises, which was recently released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
They are Qingdao Z-chip Technology Co, Qingdao Kekai Electronics Research Institute Co, Qingdao Jari Industrial Control Technology Co and the Marine Chemical Research Institute.
A "little giant" enterprise refers to a leading small or medium enterprise that specializes in niche sectors.
Shinan district currently has six State-level "little giant" enterprises, nine provincial gazelle enterprises, 12 provincially recognized small and medium enterprises that specialize in new, distinctive, specialized and sophisticated products.
The district's industry and information technology bureau is planning to carry out an action plan for promoting the high-quality development of the private economy during the 2022-24 period.
Local authorities plan to further optimize the cultivation mechanism for outstanding small and medium enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and drive the district's high-quality development.
