Shinan skyscraper rises to national 3A scenic spot

The sightseeing hall of the Qingdao Haitian Center was officially rated as a national 3A-level scenic spot on June 20, increasing the total number of A-level scenic areas in Shinan district to 13.
The more than 300-meter-high sightseeing hall started operations on June 20, 2021 as the only cultural and tourism project in a skyscraper in Shandong.

In celebration of the new honor and the first anniversary of the sightseeing hall, several art exhibitions also kicked off at the Haitian Art Center that same day and will run until Aug 31.
An international glass art exhibition is displaying a total of more than 90 pieces of artworks created by 50 domestic and foreign artists, and a celluloid film exhibition featuring Miyazaki Hayao's works is also making its Qingdao debut at the center.
