Shinan district in Qingdao, East China's Shandong province is working hard to optimize its business environment to promote high-level opening-up and to attract enterprises.
The district has launched a number of innovative measures focusing on making it easier to start a business through streamlined approval procedures, as well as reducing administrative service costs.
Measures like the "one-seal for approval," "online approval," and "unified online government service," as well as the "one-stop service window" it has implemented have provided great convenience for people starting a business.
The local government has also promoted smart transformation for business registration by using a smart registration system, which makes it quicker and easier for companies to obtain a business license and start operating as soon as possible.
