Shinan district, Qingdao, East China's Shandong province recently implemented the "1 + N + 2" talent recruiting policy, aiming to promote industry amalgamation in the district.

"N" refers to talent recruiting specifications related to industries such as financial innovation entrepreneurship, wealth, education, sports, and cultural originality, with two systems of detailed regulations to improve the comprehensive well-being of talent in Shinan.

Shinan, based on a combination of industrial upgrading and talent support, has implemented the policy of "one policy for one industry". In addition, detailed rules on industrial talent training have been optimized so that the best policies can benefit the talent most in need.

The maximum reward and support standard for newly introduced top talent and national and provincial level talent who are registered in Qingdao for innovation and entrepreneurship will be 8 million ($1.24 million), 4 million, and 1 million yuan, respectively.
