Shinan district -- in Qingdao city in East China's Shandong province -- held the opening ceremony of its new Property Management Pioneer Service Team on Jan 20, according to local media.

It comes as the district urban management bureau has acted to encourage the development of "red property management team", which led by members of the Communist Party of China, putting together a group of 14 measures to further promote the project.

The bureau has already identified and helped out with 23 red property demonstration sites.

The establishment of the local property management service team is viewed as being an important part of Party building work in 2021 by the Shinan District Property Industry Party Committee.

It is seen as providing an effective and vanguard model and a fresh force of Party members in the property industry in the district -- a concrete way to encourage Party members in the property industry who love their jobs and who are willing to contribute.
