Shinan improving business environment

Shinan district, Qingdao in East China's Shandong province, has been focusing on optimizing its business environment, continuously rolling out preferential policies, and establishing the concept of providing accurate facilities for enterprises to help them maintain steady development, according to local media reports Dec 2.
During the COVID-19 pandemic earlier this year, the district dispatch allowance exemption of $48.55 million was granted to 473 enterprises and individual businesses. Shinan has helped enterprises obtain loans of 1.2 billion yuan ($183 million) and provided emergency working capital of 25 million yuan.
Through creating a comfortable service environment for local enterprises, the district takes the responsibility and obligation of offering the best optimizing policies to help enterprises maintain steady development.
A group of 347 items are stationed in the office for achieving fast application acceptance. The new electronic enterprise registration and application rate achieves 85 percent success.
