Qingdao Chengyun Holding Group Co Ltd was established on Nov 1, with an opening ceremony held in Qingdao Software Park in Shinan district, Qingdao in East China's Shandong province.

It marks the adjustment and reorganization of two transport giants in Qingdao Public Transport Group and Qingdao Transportation Group has taken a key step of Qingdao "integrated traffic" pattern.

Qingdao Chengyun Holding Group Co Ltd was set up as a way to encourage investment in Shinan and is being managed by the Shinan Bureau of Commerce, Shinan Finance Bureau and other departments.

Qingdao Chengyun is dedicated to developing urban public transportation, street passenger and cargo transportation, intelligent professional transportation, modern logistics, warehousing, transportation services in urban areas, and auto market service operations.
