The 4th meeting of the first member representative assembly of the Qingdao Big Data Development Promotion Association and Qingdao Big Data Autumn Forum 2020 were successfully held in downtown Shinan district, Qingdao in East China's Shandong province on Oct 10. 

Qingdao has made remarkable achievements in developing its big data industry in recent years, and its big data development index ranks 10th among the 31 key cities in China.

Enterprises in Shinan have turned the city into the "internet of world industry capital", made full use of the big data association to advance the development of platforms, further consolidated the big data technology base, big data applications market prosperity and accelerated the integration of big data and the real economy, aiming to develop big data into an important engine in promoting the development of high-speed digital economy in Shinan.

The event included an award ceremony for six digital economy pilot parks, 10 big data demonstration enterprises and 20 big data high-growth enterprises in Qingdao.
