A training activity for overseas returnee talent and the ceremony of pairing mentors -overseas returnees were held in Shinan district, Qingdao in East China's Shandong province on Sept 24.

The activity helps overseas returnees better understand the domestic and international political and economic situation as well as current trends in industrial development, industrial policies and talent policies in Shinan.

Additionally, the International Business and Human Resources Development Service Center of Shinan is asking experts from think tanks to provide high-quality resources and intellectual support to overseas returnees in the areas of finance, law, and taxation.

This activity also carried out project negotiations and match-making business, with the "talent loan" agreement between Songli Holding Group Co Ltd and Shinan Branch of Qingdao Rural Commercial Bank being signed on site.
