A cloud award ceremony for a youth photo competition was held in Shinan district, Qingdao in East China's Shandong province on July 28.

The ceremony was held via video conference between Shinan and Dangchang county, Gansu province.

He Wen, member of the standing committee of the Shinan Party committee, congratulated the young prize-winners and expressed gratitude for the enterprises and everyone who supports poverty alleviation.

Shinan district in Qingdao, Shandong province has launched a series of poverty alleviation projects in Dangchang this year.

Through the photo competition, the teenagers in Dangchang were able to better recognize and appreciate the changes brought about by poverty alleviation in their hometown.
