Shinan hosts livestream for tourist promotion

Shinan district in Qingdao, Shandong province, hosted a livestream June 7 to promote tourist resources in the district, as well as in Pingba district in Anshun, Guizhou province, and Dangchang county in Longnan, Gansu province.
Sun Jing, director of Shinan district's bureau of culture and tourism, was invited to the livestream where she described the attractive destinations around the district through photos and videos.
According to Sun, the district is a main urban area in Qingdao, boasting coastal tourist resources and integrating traditional and modern features. In addition, it is home to 58 of 60 former residences of celebrities in the city and two historical and cultural blocks.
During the livestream, Wang Shengli, director of Dangcahng county's bureau of culture, sports, broadcast and tourism, promoted the county that houses about 300,000 people in an area of 3,331 square kilometers.
Dangchang county has 144 natural and cultural landscapes, including Hadapu town, a significant site on the Long March, and Guanegou National Forest Park.
Wearing national clothing, Cai Siyu, deputy director of Pingba district's bureau of culture, sports, broadcast and tourism, recommended several characteristic attractions there, such as Denon Tunpu Scenic Area, which has a history of over 600 years and features unique Tunpu culture.
Residents can also purchase various tourist products provided by Shinan district's cultural and tourist enterprises online. To date, the view accounts have exceeded 300,000.
