Badaguan Scenic Spot in Shinan district, Qingdao is recognized as the "world expo of architecture" due to its wealth of old buildings featuring various architectural styles from different countries, including Russia, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany.

Huashi Villa is one of the most famous old buildings in Badaguan, integrating several Western architectural styles. It perfectly incorporates the Grecian, Romanesque and gothic styles.

Several historical figures, such as former Kuomintang leader Chiang Kai-shek (1887-1975), once lived in the villa. The building's balcony offers breathtaking views of both the city and the ocean.
