Shinan district, Qingdao, hosted a tea reception in Shanghai, to promote cooperation between the two sides. 

A total of 46 representatives from Shinan and Shanghai chambers of commerce and enterprises attended, along with members of Shinan's working group in Shanghai.

A promotional video about Shinan district was played during the tea reception, showcasing the district's achievements in investment attraction and talent introduction in 2019 with the aim to attract more investment.

The tea reception provided opportunities for entrepreneurs from Shinan district and Shanghai, and deepened communication between the governments and enterprises.

Through the tea reception, enterprises reached cooperative agreements valued at several hundred million yuan in total. For example, a project on intelligent parking is expected to be constructed in Shinan district.

The district's working group in Shanghai said that such activities will be held regularly in the future to strengthen exchanges between the two sides.
