Shinan district in Qingdao, Shandong province has been promoting integrated service windows in all of its communities.
A training course has been organized through joint efforts by six departments in the district to provide professional training to over 80 community workers through policy learning and interaction.
In 2018, the district was listed as a provincial pilot area for the establishment of integrated service windows, and a total of 14 communities in the district were selected as the district's first pilot zones.
Over the past year, the new service model has been implemented throughout the pilot communities. Residents now enjoy simpler bureaucratic processes and more efficient services.
The service reforms in Shinan district were praised in the recent provincial evaluation, and the district plans to increase training for community workers and continue to improve services for residents.
