Shinan looks to improve property management

A seminar on property management services was held in Shinan district, Qingdao, Shandong province on Nov 23. Around 400 experts, enterprise representatives, and journalists attended.
This was the first year that the seminar was combined with exhibitions and featured a dialogue between Qingdao and Shenzhen, Guangdong province.
Several activities were held during the one-day seminar, including an opening ceremony, three parallel sessions, an achievement exhibition, and product presentations.
A number of enterprise representatives delivered eight-minute speeches on improving property management services and adapting them to modern laws and technology.
Participants of the parallel sessions discussed property management, media, city governance, legal aid, technical innovation, and talent introduction.
A property management research institute was also established on the same day of the seminar, aiming to provide high-quality consultation services to relevant companies and create a think tank for the industry.

A total of 30 property management companies took part in the achievement exhibition to showcase their development histories, while nearly 20 technology companies presented their products and promoted the integration of high-quality resources.
Sun Jinhua, deputy head of Shinan district, said that the district is prioritizing the improvement of services in the property management industry and has taken a series of measures to facilitate the development of property management companies.
