The project is located at No 17, Shandong Road at the intersection of the business circles on Hong Kong Road, Yanji Road and Shandong Road in Shinan district. It is a grade A office building constructed by Hisense Real Estate Co Ltd. The center occupies 6,870 square meters (sq m) and has a floor area of 60,000 sq m, of which 40,000 sq m are office space and 3,130 sq m are for commercial use. The building is 96.85 meters tall and has 25 floors above ground and four underground. It was put into use in 2018.
