Shinan's "first store economy" is leading the way for Qingdao's development in East China's Shandong province last year, according to local media reports on Jan 5.
To date, a total of 237 prestigious, international, luxury, and local brands have settled in the district, 84 of which are newcomers to Shinan in the past year.
More and more notable brands intend on entering the Fushan Bay business district, which is rapidly becoming the shopping cluster of choice for international brands. In addition, leading tech giant Huawei opened a global flagship store at the end of September last year.
The global flagship store is divided into two floors, with a total area of 1,269 square meters. The first floor is the functional area. The second floor focuses on user experience comprised of four main areas: smart home, audio and video entertainment room, service center, and the Huawei school.
