Top-tier tiremaker Doublestar – located in Qingdao city, East China's Shandong province – has removed key manufacturing bottlenecks and is said to have achieved for its products the perfect combination of carcass support, noise reduction and comfort.
Commonly known as "explosion-proof tires", the common flat tire can continue to support a car in case of air leakage or sudden loss of pressure by virtue of its support structure.
However, in order to achieve this support, a normal tire must be equipped with a support wall of sufficient thickness and rigidity, a special suspension system and a special rim.
For a long time, only a few auto brands in the world have used regular blast-proof tires, while other passenger car models could not use or perfectly match regular blast-proof tires because they did not have special suspension systems and special rims.
However, Doublestar has solved this problem, with its "Full Explosion-proof" safety tire – a kind of tire with a new design concept and air loss warranty function, which it says adopts cutting-edge technologies such as its unique AFB (Air Flow Breaking) pattern silent technology.
Doublestar cooperated with European, American and Korean multi-national technical experts to improve its designs and materials and launched the product after tens of thousands of experiments.
