The first sand painting art festival was held at a primary school in Qingdao of Shandong province on Saturday, with more than 2,000 students and parents participating. The art festival, with the theme of "Making sand art enter campus", is a presentation of students' imagination and creativity. The activity is meant to make more children fall in love with sand art and learn the craft.
