The CRH380 series has safely covered over 400 million kilometers.

Chinese High-speed Rail projects were formally accepted by the state organization on June 7. The CRH380 series, as a symbolic achievement of Chinese High-speed Rail projects, with its 350 kilometers per hour trains, has become the main equipment for China's railways including the main Beijing-Shanghai railway, Beijing-Guangzhou railway other major high-speed rail lines.

The CRH380 series has safely covered over 400 million kilometers, which is equivalent to ten thousand laps around the earth.

CSR Qingdao Sifang first finished the research and development of the high speed EMU, which is known as CRH380A, in August 2010. Its successful operation is famed as China's independent innovation product model in the equipment manufacturing industry.
