The Qingdao traffic management department started an activity to advocate safe driving on June 17. The activity tries to spurn bad driving behavior such as drunk driving among drivers of taxis, private cars and official vehicles. Each participant tied a red ribbon with the slogan of the activity, given by the local traffic management department, on their cars to support civilized driving.
