Scientists check Xiangyanghong-9, the support ship of China's manned submersible Jiaolong, in Qingdao, East China's Shandong province, May 30, 2013. Xiangyanghong-9 is expected to set out on June 5 from Qingdao and sail toward the South China Sea and north Pacific on June 10 on a scientific mission. The voyage will take 103 days.
