Shandong’s fourth Shandong International Green Industry Expo will be held in Qingdao from July 3 to 5.

With the theme, "green production, green consumption, green living,” this year’s expo will be divided into four sections: cooperation toward environmental management and energy saving, environmental technologies and products exhibition, green living, and Qingdao Marine Economy.

Shandong has successfully held three years’ Green Industry Expos since 2004. In all, 1,944 companies from 24 countries and regions, including America, Japan, Canada and Korea, have participated in these Expos, where a total of 22,007 units achieved docking negotiations and multilateral negotiations, with 5,894 cooperation agreements or intentions.

Up to now, there are more than 2,800 enterprises in Shandong Province exclusively or partially engaged in protecting the environment, with an annual sales value of about 60 billion Yuan.
