Construction is advancing smoothly on the Lion Smart Logistics Center project, located in the Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA). The facility is scheduled for official commissioning in May 2027.
Designed as a multi-space three-story structure, the center is engineered for complete automation, digitization, and intelligent operation, meeting the modern logistics demands for high efficiency and precision. Its three above-ground floors will manage the entire finished product flow automatically — from conveyance and warehousing to storage, sorting, and shipping — effectively closing the "last mile" gap between the workshop and the transport vehicles.
The center's design boasts a powerful entry and exit capacity of 300 pallets per hour and storage space for over 10,000 cargo positions. This capacity will significantly boost the enterprise's logistics turnaround efficiency and market responsiveness.
Furthermore, the center features advanced intelligent manufacturing technologies, including automated robotic palletizing, agile AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) transportation, and a smart factory IoT integration system. These applications will not only reduce operating costs and improve the consistency of product quality but also establish an efficient, transparent, and traceable modern production logistics system, increasing the stability of the upstream and downstream supply chains.
