Yellow River Basin Cross-Border E-Commerce Expo opens in Qingdao

The Yellow River Basin Cross-Border E-Commerce Expo 2025 kicked off in Qingdao West Coast New Area, Shandong province, on June 12.

Running until June 14, this year's expo covers an expansive 23,000-square-meter area. It is featuring nine exhibition areas including a cross-border import and export pavilion, cross-border e-commerce platform service providers pavilion, and Yellow River Basin industry and comprehensive experimental zone pavilion.

The event is bringing together 503 enterprises from over 55 industrial clusters across 23 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions nationwide, showcasing a diverse array of 15,000 products. 

The 40 global e-commerce platforms participating in this event come from core markets in Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, Russia, Japan, and South Korea. Among them are renowned platforms such as Amazon Global Selling, Alibaba International, eBay, Lazada, SHEIN, Temu, Walmart. Emerging market platforms like Wildberries, Wayfair, Kikku and Gmarket are also making their debut.

A special feature of the expo is the source factory pavilion, showcasing over 400 carefully selected factories offering a wide range of products including household items, handicrafts, hardware products, glassware, and more. The pavilion aims to establish a direct procurement channel between factories and sellers, reducing sellers' procurement costs by over 20 percent.

Themed activities focusing on Europe, the US, Southeast Asia, Russia, Japan, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa are also organized.
