The third China Seafood Culture Festival launch ceremony, which coincides with a seafood promotion event, took place in Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA) on April 26.

Scheduled for September this year, the third China Seafood Culture Festival promises a vibrant celebration of marine culinary delights through a diverse array of cultural activities, offering both locals and visitors a distinctive seafood extravaganza.

Serving as a tantalizing precursor to the main event, the promotion event brought together over 40 food vendors and more than 20 culinary experts, allowing both local citizens and gastronomes from afar to enjoy a culinary tour of half of China in one fell swoop.

Local agricultural products like Haiqing green tea, Langya chicken, and Baoshan blueberries were inquired about and purchased by a wide range of visitors.

Meanwhile, the Art Sea World opened its doors for a trial run on the day of the event. This visionary project, centered around artistic marine IP and featuring cutting-edge digital technology, presents a novel visual experience that merges nature, technology, culture, and art.

As the long-term host location for the China Seafood Culture Festival, Qingdao WCNA has been bolstering its presence in the seafood world. The upcoming third edition of the festival is poised to build upon the triumphs of its predecessors, driving further innovation and expansion across all facets of the event.
