Qingdao WCNA gears up for Huabiao Film Awards ceremony

The 20th China's Huabiao Film Awards ceremony will be held at the grand theater of China Movie Metropolis in Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA). Currently, preparations for the venue setup and rehearsal are proceeding in a quick and orderly manner.

"The entrance ceremony will be held in the afternoon of April 27, lasting for 120 minutes and featuring a procession route of approximately 100 meters. At that time, hundreds of filmmakers, crew representatives, industry delegates, media, and audience members will come together," said Liu Xinyu, the entrance ceremony director.

This year marks the first time the Huabiao Film Awards ceremony has been held outside Beijing. The stage design for the entrance ceremony incorporates many elements of Qingdao WCNA, skillfully integrating the architecture of the area into the aesthetics. Additionally, during the live broadcast of the entrance ceremony, a large number of aerial shots will be used to allow viewers at home to experience the unique charm of Qingdao.

At the rehearsal for the ceremony, all aspects of the work are proceeding smoothly. The dazzling stage lights, magnificent stage design, melodious singing, and exquisite dances intertwine to create a vivid and colorful picture.
