The general processing hub will create a comprehensive processing framework encompassing processes such as cutting, blanking, bending, shaping, welding, and sandblasting. It will cater to manufacturing enterprises by offering bespoke, high-precision, and efficient processing of custom and non-standard components, while also serving as a practical training ground and testing facility for universities and research institutions, facilitating the seamless transition of research outcomes into tangible applications.
The shared online platform for processing centers will combine the resources of manufacturing enterprise processing centers within Qingdao WCNA, providing a nexus for supply and demand interactions. Through the real-time and dynamic dissemination of information, the platform will enable precise matchmaking for outsourced manufacturing services, helping optimize the processing of enterprise orders.
The collaboration between the alliance and the association will foster a vibrant exchange platform within the industry. This initiative seeks to consolidate and share the industry's wealth of resources, offering robust support for the high-quality evolution of the manufacturing sector.
