Aiming to facilitate the seamless integration of global supply chain resources with local industries, 350 representatives from the wind power industry chain convened in Qingdao West Coast New Area for in-depth discussions.
Goldwind Science&Technology Co Ltd hosted its inaugural global supplier conference in Qingdao West Coast New Area on March 1.
During the conference, Goldwind inked an agreement with Qingdao West Coast New Area to cooperate in the new energy equipment industry, with joint efforts to be directed towards initiatives such as nurturing the industry chain, developing offshore wind power operation and maintenance facilities, and setting up the Qingdao center of the national wind power technology innovation center. Additionally, Goldwind forged alliances with 14 local Qingdao enterprises to establish a new energy industry coalition, bolstering the growth of Qingdao's new energy industry cluster and propelling advancements in the new energy industry chain.
The conference also kickstarted preparations to establish the Qingdao center of the national wind power technology innovation center. Leveraging the research institute strengths within Qingdao West Coast New Area and collaborating with leading global institutions, the center will concentrate on breakthroughs in areas such as large megawatt units, smart operation and maintenance, and energy storage technology, seeking to establish itself as a hub of wind power innovation.
Moreover, through keynote addresses and accolades for exceptional suppliers, the conference explored industry trends, advocated for sustainable supply chain standards, and set forth exemplary benchmarks for enterprises.
