The Qingdao Film and Television Base in Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA) was honored to participate at a film event held in Beijing on Feb 17.

The China Movie Metropolis is within Qingdao WCNA and thus boasts a delightful climate and a prime location. This makes it a natural filming haven. In terms of infrastructure, the China Movie Metropolis features 40 internationally accredited studios and can cater to a myriad of filming requirements. In terms of industry support, the location houses top-tier teams specializing in props, sets, equipment, and art, which ensures a comprehensive and seamless production process.

Since its inception, the China Movie Metropolis has hosted numerous exceptional domestic and international films over the past decade, including The Wandering Earth series, Creation of the Gods series, A Writer's Odyssey, YOLO, Operation Leviathan, and more. 

Furthermore, leveraging its abundant film and television cultural and tourism resources, Qingdao WCNA has made significant strides in the integrated development of the film and tourism industries in recent years. More than 100 films and television works have been filmed in the area.
