Qingdao's west coast winter tour launches with festive flair

The "Winter Tour of West Coast in Qingdao" tourism season commenced on Nov 14, extending from November this year to April next year.

The launch ceremony unveiled six new culture and tourism scenarios, six major series of thematic activities, and five high-quality winter travel routes, while also extending a nationwide invitation from 34 provinces and cities.

The season encompasses significant holidays such as New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, Dragon Head Raising Day, Women's Day and Qingming Festival.

More than 100 events are lined up, including cross-year celebrations, local cultural experiences, sports carnivals, and shopping activities. These events encompass 40 winter tourism offerings, ranging from ice and snow sports to folk culture, museum visits, coastal attractions, and hot spring bathing.
