Situated at 36 degrees north latitude and 120 degrees east longitude, the town benefits from a temperate maritime climate, with an average annual temperature of 12.4 C and abundant sunshine, creating an optimal environment for grape cultivation.

Dacun town has not only leveraged its natural advantages but also made efforts to introduce various grape varieties. The town prides itself on its large range of grape strains, including Shine Muscat, Queen Nina, Summer Black and Kyoho.

The diurnal temperature variation and ample sugar accumulation in the grapes, particularly the Shine Muscat variety, thrive in the low-light conditions, resulting in a rich aroma and high sugar content.
