The company achieved a notable 98.3 percent increase in photovoltaic power generation in the first half of this year, totaling 2.46 million kWh and marking a record high.
The company's commitment to solar energy is evident in its promotion of photovoltaic projects. With a total installed capacity of 7.58 megawatts, Sinopec Qingdao Refining & Chemical has achieved full green electricity coverage for its offices.
This initiative is not only environmentally friendly but also significantly reduces carbon dioxide emissions by an estimated 5,200 metric tons annually.
