Huandao Road on Phoenix Island is considered one of the most scenic ring roads in China. It spans 42 kilometers and is divided into two main stretches within the Phoenix National Tourist Resort. From this road, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of Qingdao’s beautiful coastal scenery.
