Beer culture fashion show held at Golden Beach Beer City

Recently, the Golden Beach Beer City in Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA) played host to a unique fashion event: the "Latitude 35.9" Beer Culture Fashion Show.

This distinctive event was a prime feature of the 33rd Qingdao International Beer Festival. The fashion show, rooted in beer culture, aimed to reflect the vibrancy, modernity, and global appeal of the Qingdao WCNA. The goal was not merely to present clothing but also to embody the allure of beer culture through fashion.

The originator of the "Latitude 35.9" theme stated, "Latitude 36-37 is the hub of the global fashion industry. The Qingdao International Beer Festival Fashion Show is set to elevate the Qingdao WCNA at latitude 35.9 as a new icon in the fashion world."

The fashion show comprised four segments: a fusion of traditional and modern, contemporary fashion, beach bikinis, and beer-themed couture. A total of 55 ensembles were showcased: 9 beer-themed outfits, 16 traditional outfits, 15 contemporary fashion pieces, and 15 beach bikinis. This eclectic mix served to offer visitors a unique and diverse perspective into beer culture.

The creative team, committed to innovation and cultural preservation, embraced an international, youthful, and modern theme. They skillfully blended marine culture into their designs, merging maritime elements with modern makeup, clothing, and accessory techniques.

Through the use of contemporary technology in traditional craftsmanship, they charted new territory in couture design. Grounded in innovation and national culture, they painted a vivid picture of Chinese fashion culture's distinctive features.
