A rose festival is scheduled to take place in Aduo Town in Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA) from May 20 to 22.

At the festival's core is a meticulously crafted 200-mu (about 13.33 hectares) rose garden designed by renowned British professor and landscape designer James Hitchmough.

The garden boasts over 100 varieties of roses that adorn elegant rose pillars, pergolas and winding pathways to evoke a quintessential British romance vibe.

The event offers a captivating array of romantic activities designed to enthrall visitors in the garden full of blooming roses. Guests are treated to musical interludes, a bonfire soirée, love puzzles, aurora projections and aerial blind box surprises, which are intended to create an irresistible blend of heart-stirring escapades.

The enchanting melodies of violins, cellos, ocarinas and guitars reverberate beneath the starry night sky, enabling guests to dance by candlelight under the moonlit sky.

Alongside the music and roses, a plethora of whimsical attractions are expected to further elevate the festival's allure with naked-eye holographic projections, mesmerizing polar light shows, an iconic six-meter bunny standing tall and a dreamy moonlight lamp that captivates the senses.

By showcasing a whirl of kaleidoscopic colors and melodies, the rose festival goes beyond the imaginable to transport visitors to a dreamscape of love, beauty and lasting memories this May.
