Situated in Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA), Zhaitang Island is a beautiful, jade-like destination known as a "floating wonder of emerald green". Facing the ancient Langya Terrace across the sea, the island is named after an ancient fasting hall where Emperor Qin Shihuang's attendants fasted during his quest for immortality.

Zhaitang Island is divided into the North and South Islands and offers breathtaking views, a rich history, and cultural experiences. The South Island's peak is an ideal spot for witnessing a stunning sunrise over the sea, as light and shadows create picturesque views of the sea, mountains, and island contours.

Home to a traditional small fishing village, Zhaitang Island's residents have been fisherman for generations. The nearby shallow shores are lined with boats eagerly waiting to embark on their journey towards the sea's bountiful treasures.

The island's landscape harmoniously blends lush forests, singing birds, and fragrant flowers. The brilliance of the sun setting against the crashing waves and the sea breeze is enough to rejuvenate weary souls.

Zhaitang Island offers a perfect holiday destination for those seeking a tranquil and picturesque retreat amidst serene surroundings and a vibrant fishing culture.
