Covering a land area of 65.09 mu (about 4.34 hectares) and a construction area of 117,800 square meters, a new shopping complex is scheduled to open in Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA) in 2024.

It integrates elements like e-commerce, hotels, luxury brands, and featured delicious food, with shoppers able to enjoy their leisure time with their kids here.

After completion, the complex will become a new landmark in the area, with the other one being the e-commerce experiential center of goods from China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea (ROK).

The design of the complex was inspired by the appearance of reefs and beaches, with BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology applied to the construction of the complex to make it sturdier.

As a well-equipped complex that boasts diverse business formats, it is expected to better serve people working and living in the area, while also making contributions to the development of the area's foreign trade and e-commerce.
