Sino-German Ecopark becomes industry tourism demonstration base

The Sino-German Ecopark was included in the fourth batch of industry tourism demonstration bases in Shandong province, which was released on Nov 23.

The fourth batch of industry tourism demonstration bases in Shandong province included a total of 20 industrial parks and enterprises that have made remarkable achievements and have brought great economic and social benefits.

The Sino-German Ecopark is located in Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA) and continues to maximize the functions of its stadiums and other tourist resources. It has also created a profile as a place of flourishing industrial tourism and is focused on building a leading industrial tourism system that consists of integrated circuits, gene technology and intelligent manufacturing, and strives to practice energy conservation and environmental protection.

As an industrial tourism base, the Sino-German Ecopark integrates a variety of functions such as catering, accommodations, transportation, travel, shopping and entertainment, and it has developed interesting industrial tourism routes for visitors to have an immersive experience of modern industries in a convenient way.
