East China's Shandong province recently released a list of the top 10 areas in terms of modern distribution in the province and Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA) became the only area from Qingdao city to make the list.
In recent years, Qingdao WCNA has been accelerating the establishment of a modern distribution system, developing its logistics industry, and perfecting its distribution network.
The express logistics and distribution infrastructure of urban areas, towns and villages in Qingdao WCNA is robust and the new area has achieved full coverage of express delivery services.
Qingdao WCNA is also making coordinated efforts to advance the building of hard and soft infrastructures for a modern logistics system, develop new logistics technologies and business forms, and nurture modern logistics companies, as a means to promote overall commercial distribution and boost consumption.
