Qingdao WCNA releases catalogue of demand for talents

Qingdao West Coast New Area (WCNA) recently released the 2022 catalogue of demand for talents in key industries in Qingdao WCNA.

The catalogue currently includes over 2,000 key positions provided by more than 300 employers that have demands for over 11,000 talents.

The positions cover 13 industries such as manufacturing, education, and finance, and involve 137 majors such as mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, marine engineering and technology.

The positions are classified according to talent levels and industry categories so as to facilitate job seekers to align themselves with the positions' job description. A job search bar is also set up to help talents quickly find jobs that suit them.

The catalogue also includes sections that introduce Qingdao WCNA and local talent policies.

The catalogue is integrated with Qingdao WCNA's official recruitment platform Professional Sea Surfing. After searching for the desired position in the catalogue, talents can click the "Go to Submit Resume" button below the job details to open the Professional Sea Surfing applet and submit their resumes directly. Employers can simultaneously check the delivery status of resumes through the Professional Sea Surfing platform, initiate interview invitations, and realize online talent recruitment.

In addition, employers can add or change jobs on the platform so the catalogue will automatically update.
