Starting this month, the 2025 Qingdao talent recruitment tour will progressively journey through 15 cities outside Shandong province, including Beijing, Xi'an, Harbin, Nanjing, Wuhan, and Changsha, alongside select cities within the province. The main objective is to attract young talent to Qingdao for professional advancement.

This initiative serves as a vital link for Qingdao to bridge urban industries with university talent. Over recent years, it has consistently drawn skilled and creative university graduates to contribute to the city's urban areas, becoming a beacon for talent attraction.

To align talent with industry demands, earlier this year, the city's human resources departments conducted a talent demand survey across 200 key units. This led to the recruitment of 244 positions and identified over 5,000 talent needs in fields like information technology, artificial intelligence, and intelligent equipment.

In tandem with the talent recruitment tour, Qingdao plans to enlist over 100 outstanding students from Shandong province who are interested in coming to Qingdao this year. They will act as "Qingdao Campus Youth Talent Ambassadors," championing Qingdao's talent initiatives, urban brand, talent policies, and employment opportunities through diverse channels, continuously expanding the network of talent connections.
