Ren Gang, Han nationality, born in October 1970, holds a bachelor's degree in science, and is a Party member. He's currently serving as the deputy secretary of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee, mayor of Qingdao, and secretary of the leading Party members group of the Qingdao Municipal People's Government.

He oversees the overall work of the municipal government and is responsible for audit-related matters, and is in charge of the municipal audit bureau.
