Attended by over 30,000 people, the carnival featured some of the biggest names in the electronic music industry. Notable artists included ILLENIUM, a producer and DJ renowned for his unique blend of music genres, UMMET OZCAN, a globally-recognized top 100 DJ with a large fanbase, and WhyBeatZ, a prominent figure in China's electronic music scene.

The name "Gaia" is derived from the Gaia hypothesis, proposed by British scientist James Lovelock (1919-2022), which suggests that the Earth evolves through the interplay between life and the environment. This concept aligns with the cyberpunk style of the electronic music carnival.

The civic hall served as the main consumption area of the music carnival. One of the highlights was the opportunity to explore the latest advancements in technology products related to human-machine interaction and artificial intelligence.
